Our process:

• You come to us with an outline of what you want to do.
• We give you a budget guide immediately, to give you an early idea of cost and viability.
• We get together to talk about goals and objectives, research the userbase, and bash out a functional overview.
• We prepare a costing, process overview and fit that within a proposed development schedule.
• You give us the go ahead and we send you the paperwork.
• We get together and develop a user journey plan and wireframes, and finalise the functional spec.
• If applicable we create your brand identity (logo, colour palette etc) and page designs, and tweak until they are spot on.
• We ask you to sign off everything so far, then we roll up our sleeves and get building.
• We deploy a beta site before going live and allow for lengthy testing periods to make sure everything is right before launch.
• We usually deploy the site on to our cloud hosting network, which is mega fast and extremely reliable. Our managed hosting packages give you just a single point to call if anything goes wrong.
